Erin originally started Bare Envy over 10 years ago with one thing in mind and that was to better the lives of those who lack self esteem. She herself has had lifelong struggles with this and wanted to help those who struggled with the same issues to be able to function in this world with the utmost confidence and to be proud of who they are in all circumstances. She has 2 children who she loves to watch play hockey, and two bulldogs that you will regularly see in the clinic!

Fun Fact: Erin designed and decorated the entire clinic on her own! It was a complete blank space before she got ahold of it! She was a dental hygienist for 20 years and is a registered massage therapist.

Office Manager

Kathleen is Erin’s right hand lady and has worked at the clinic since 2018! She has also worked in the dental industry with Erin for 10 years prior to Bare Envy. She loves spending time with her family and is always there to lend a helping hand whenever called upon. Her hobbies include woodworking and gardening.

Fun Fact: Kathleen & Erin made the front desks and doors at the clinic so be sure to check out their handy work next time you are in!

Director of Medical Aesthetics

With over 20 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician, Sierra leads our team with unparalleled expertise and dedication. Beyond her passion for helping clients look and feel their best, Sierra is an artist at heart who loves exploring her creative side. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughters and tending to her thriving collection of plants—ZZ plants being her favorite. Her vibrant personality shines through, and if you need proof, just ask about the disco ball in her living room!

RMT

Anna has been a dedicated massage therapist since graduating from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2017. Her love for helping others is matched only by her love for her family. Her favorite things include spending time with her granddaughter, her beloved dog, and watching Steel Magnolias. In the summertime, Anna and her granddaughter create magical fairy gardens together, showcasing her creativity and love for making cherished memories.

Laser Technician/Medical Esthetician

Amanda joined Bare Envy as a Medical Aesthetician in 2022, bringing her warmth and expertise to our team. With 15 years of experience as a dental assistant, she’s no stranger to providing exceptional care. Amanda loves spending her time with family and friends, attending live music events and concerts, watching sports, and exploring new destinations.

Fun fact: her friends affectionately call her a "human dictionary" for her impressive knowledge on just about everything!

Marketing Manager

Arianna began her journey at Bare Envy as a massage therapist, but her creative background and eye for design led her into marketing. With a strong foundation in art and a love for clean, thoughtful visuals, she now works closely with Erin and the team to shape the look, feel, and messaging of the Bare Envy brand.

Fun Fact: In her spare time, Arianna is usually hanging out with her three dogs and probably drinking an espresso (or two).

Receptionist

Issy is one of the friendly and welcoming faces you’ll see at Bare Envy, ensuring every client feels at ease. Alongside her role as a receptionist, she’s pursuing a teaching degree and competes on the provincial handball team. Issy loves traveling, spending time with her close-knit family, and is always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needs it. Her kindness and upbeat energy make her an invaluable part of our team.

Laser Technician

Since joining Bare Envy in 2019, Michelle has been known for her expertise and caring nature, always going the extra mile to ensure her clients feel comfortable and cared for. A true family person at heart, she treasures time with her loved ones and recharges by spending her holidays in Hawaii, embracing the peaceful island vibes. Michelle’s warmth and dedication make her an essential part of our team!

Myla is a certified laser technician known for her calm presence, strong work ethic, and genuine care for every client she sees. She quietly leads by example - dependable, thoughtful, and always willing to lend a hand. Her passion for the industry shines through in everything she does, and she brings a quiet warmth that makes people feel instantly at ease. Outside the clinic, Myla offers lash extensions from her home studio, enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, and loves quality time with friends.

Fun Fact: Myla’s favourite way to relax? Cooking something new and catching up with the people she loves.

Laser Technician/Medical Esthetician

Andrea brings over 36 years of experience in aesthetics, offering personalized, thoughtful care that’s as unique as each client she sees. Her approach is rooted in understanding the whole person, never one-size-fits-all. With advanced training from the International Dermal Institute, Andrea blends deep expertise with a genuine passion for helping people feel confident in their skin. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys staying active, spending time at the family cottage, and hanging out with her spirited Hungarian Puli, Bodri.

Fun Fact: Andrea’s happy place includes classic rock, a scenic drive, and a great car.

Tatiana is a dedicated laser technician with a sharp eye for detail and a true passion for helping clients feel their best. She brings a strong hands-on background and a calm, confident approach to every treatment. With a growing interest in tattoo removal, Tatiana finds it especially rewarding to support clients through their skin transformation journeys. Outside the clinic, she leads a busy life with her husband, two kids, and two dogs - and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Fun Fact: Tatiana’s first career was in construction, where she honed the precision and focus she brings to her laser work today.

Aleah is a certified laser technician with a natural ability to make clients feel at ease. She brings skill, warmth, and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. Her goal is to create a positive, welcoming experience for everyone she works with. When she’s not at the clinic, Aleah enjoys quality time with her family, friends, and her dog Harley. She loves spending time at the lake, unwinding in nature, and catching a good movie whenever she can.

Fun Fact: Aleah never turns down the chance for a weekend getaway or spontaneous travel adventure!

Marcie finds joy in the simple things — time with family, making memories with her grandchildren, and working on DIY projects around the house. She has a knack for restoring old furniture, giving new life to forgotten pieces, and that same care carries through in how she treats her clients. Whether she’s in the treatment room or sharing skincare tips, Marcie is passionate about helping others feel confident and cared for.

Niamh’s passion for skincare is what brought her into the world of aesthetics, and it shows in the care she brings to every appointment. She’s committed to helping clients feel good in their skin and believes that even small steps in self-care can make a big difference. With a calm, approachable style, Niamh creates a space where clients can relax, recharge, and feel supported. 

Fun Fact: Niamh’s ideal day off includes a long bike ride with great company!

Courtney brings a calm, organized energy to the front desk — always ready to help things run smoothly and make clients feel right at home. With a background in psychology and a self-taught talent in web design, she brings a thoughtful and creative mindset to everything she does. When life behind the screen no longer felt fulfilling, Courtney found her place with the Bare Envy team. Outside of work, she enjoys time at her family farm, woodworking, and making music.
Fun Fact: Courtney is left-handed and plays bass guitar upside down in a local band, Lyssa and The Try Tones.

Amber is often the first warm smile you’ll see at Bare Envy. She brings a calm, organized presence to the front desk, making both clients and coworkers feel welcomed and supported. With a love for art, music, and the outdoors, Amber finds creativity and balance in the simple things. Outside of work, she enjoys quiet time with her pets and meaningful moments with her loved ones — the heart of what keeps her grounded.

Fun Fact: Amber draws inspiration from nature and always has music playing in the background, no matter what she’s doing.
